It really does wor...I've done the applesauce thing. It really does work for cake, but I didn't like the way it changed the texture of brownies. So that's one place I wouldn't do it again. <BR/>I can see how you'd save a gazillion calories using evap. skim milk in cream soup, but isn't that the point of cream soup...cream, LOL?
